He is survived by: his wife Teresa Clepper; his children, Wesley Clepper (Misty), Sabrina Bell (Russell) and Dusty Uptmor; and his siblings, Sarah Williams (Steve), Barbara Butler (Doug Post), Janette Clepper and Gary Clepper. He is also survived by six grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
