He was predeceased by: his parents, James Alvin Lee and Athaline Martin Lee; and his siblings, Delores Branan, William and Dickey Lee.
He is survived by: his significant other Margaret Janeta Wainscott; his sons, Scotty (Phyllis Lee) and Michael Lee of Olney, Texas; his grandchildren, Miranda Lee of Olney, Lee of Olney and Samuel Lee of Olney, Texas; his great grandchildren, McKenna Lee of Olney, TX and Charlie Lee of Olney, Texas; and his sister Peggy Patton of Texarkana, Texas..
