She is survived by: her children, Laura Hall (Bob) of Potosi, John Carter (Robie) of Hamlin and Cindy Benavides (Tony) of Idalou; her grandchildren, Ryan Hall, Ranie Tilley, Brandon Hall, Shelby Wright, Bradley Carter, Alesha Winegeart, Bryce Benavides, Rylee Hall, Brody Hall, Kadence Hall, Micah Hall, Katelyn Tilley, Michaela Adkins, Pyper Tilley, Paisley Hall, Everly Hall, Jo Anna Wright, Elijah Carter, Mattie Winegeart, Stetson Winegeart, Clara Winegeart and Carter Winegeart; her great great grandchild Kolby Campbell; her husband Billy Carter; her sisters, Lorene Dowell and LaVerne Glass (Butch); and her sibling-in-law Joice Pillans. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
