Eric Neal Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eric Neal (Hamshire, Texas), who passed away on March 24, 2021 at the age of 33. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandmother Dolores Crowder. He is survived by: his parents, Laurie Jean Crowder Neal and Keith Neal; his wife Shelby Neal; his sister Erin Laughlin (Jeff); his sister-in-law Jolie Bruney (Alec); his niece Emrie Laughlin; his grandparents, Tolbert Crowder, Chief Billy and Sue Neal; his uncle Mark Crowder (Beverly); his aunts, Joanna Head (Larry), Kristi Hood (Kirby) and Cindi Bordelon (Todd); and his parents-in-law, Tamra and Randy Basye. He is also survived by numerous cousins and extended family.

“My deepest condolences to Eric’s beloved family. I have very fond memories working with Eric at GreenVax/Calibur in Aggieland, and I considered him a friend. My favorite memory of Eric is when he visited Boston and he saw Fenway Park for the first time. He was so moved by the history of the Green Monster. I will always think of him and his warm smile every time I see the park.”
