She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Wells and Gladys Wells; her siblings, Lola Mae and Richard; and her husband Otis Lee Johse.
She is survived by: her children, Lea Ann Cossey and Scott Johse of Hamshire; her grandchildren, Leslie Ann Young, Finley Cossey and Samantha Diaz; her great grandchildren, Kasyn, Roman, Korvyn, Jordan and Eddie; and her sister Vivian Holder of Winnie.
A memorial gathering was held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Family and Friends Broussard's Mortuary (134 Buccaneer Dr, Winnie, TX 77665). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary Catholic Church-Fannett (9894 Gilbert Rd, Beaumont, TX 77705).
