He is survived by: his children, Carl Lee Primrose, Brian Allen Primrose and Annette Risch; his brother George James Primrose (Ann); his grandchildren, Myra Clow (Tommy), Jenna Ritter (Brandon), Kenneth Primrose (Marie) and Hope Risch; his great grandchildren, Nina Clow, Micheal Clow and Lilah Ritter; and his aunt Marcelene Smith.
