He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis M. Primrose and Elsie M. Rayburn; his wife Wanda Gale Primrose; and his great grandchild Abby Ritter. He is survived by: his children, Carl Lee Primrose, Brian Allen Primrose and Annette Risch; his brother George James Primrose (Ann); his grandchildren, Myra Clow (Tommy), Jenna Ritter (Brandon) and Kenneth Primrose (Marie); his great grandchildren, Nina Clow, Micheal Clow and Lilah Ritter; and his aunt Marshalene Smith.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Faith & Family Funeral Services (40847 TX-105, Batson, TX 77519). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Gourd Creek Cemetery (20 Gourd Creek Cemetery Rd, Texas 77358).
