He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Blair and Vivian Shoeman; and his siblings, Rebecca Ogan and Stephen Blair. He is survived by: his sisters, Sherry McCluer and Christine Kaya Hewitt (Jason); his nieces, Kelly Jordan (Sidney) and Shelly Gamble (David); his nephew Robert Schroeder; and his great-nephew Daniel Blair. He is also survived by his two great-nieces and five great-nephews.
