He was predeceased by: his parents, V. E. Hale and Elva Hale. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Hale; his sons, John Hale (Julie) and Nathan Hale (Kristen); his grandchildren, Tim H Sharp Jr., Tammy S Doyle, Jason McDaniel, Andrew Gibbons (Carolyn), Mathew Sharp (Carolyn), Shawn Hale, Elora Hale, Ethan Hale, Dylan Hale, Tiffanie Krasner, Alec Doyle, Dakota Doyle, Douglas Crow, Jennifer Parra, Angelica Davis, Kevin Smith, Hunter Smith and Rayden Sharp; his sister Kay Ford; and his nephew Jason Carlisle (Dawn). He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
