She is survived by: her mother Mary Elizabeth Clark; her husband Jesse Dean Smith; her son Donald Maxey; her siblings, Sam McMichael (Debbie), Kathy Bernard and Valerie Louise Moreland (Bobby); and her grandchildren, Tristen Maxey, Matt Smith-Patino, DJ Maxey (Cassie) and Ashley Vaughn. She is also survived by four great grandchildren along with other family and friends.
