She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Flanagan and Ruby Mae Flanagan; and her siblings, Helen, Mollie, Diana and Chester.
She is survived by: her husband JT Hogue; her daughter LaWanda Kissinger; her granddaughters, Erica (Bryan Booth) and Ashley (Brandon Wheeler); her great grandchildren, Shawn, Bailey, Blaire Booth, Stormie, Sage and Vivian Wheeler; and her brothers, Roy Flanagan and Gordon Flanagan.
