It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Consuelo E. Palacios of Harlingen, Texas, who passed away on May 14, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cesario Elizondo and Antonia Gutierrez; her husband Pedro Palacios, Sr.; her son Pedro Palacios, Jr.; and her brother Jose Luis Elizondo.
She is survived by: her daughters, Connie Huerta (Juan), Mandy Ramirez (Felix) and Lydia Rodriguez (Rolando); her grandchildren, Edward Huerta (Laura), Samuel Huerta (Terry), Erica Estrada (Fabian), Pedro Palacios IV (Laura), Marissa Sandoval (Danny), Jacob Ramirez (Bianca), Stephanie Rae Ramirez, Kevin Rodriguez and Marc Rodriguez (Kayla); her siblings, Antonia Moreno and Lupita Ramirez Palacios; Rosemary Palacios. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
