We are sad to announce that on August 13, 2025, at the age of 96, Esperanza A Gutierrez (Harlingen, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Arturo Gutierrez; her parents, Ramon Alanis and Felipa G Alanis; her siblings, Hector Alanis, Homero Alanis, Ramon Alanis and Flora Salinas; and her granddaughter Jaclyn Lizette Segovia.
She is survived by: her children, Minerva G Coronado, San Juanita (Santos), Bertha Alicia Gutierrez, Irma Segovia (Eduardo), Martha Gutierrez, Juan Carlos Gutierrez, Arturo Gutierrez, Jr. (Cristina) and Ricardo Gutierrez (Bianca); and her sisters, Bertha Ramirez and Consuelo Gutierrez. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Sunday, August 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. A rosary was held on Sunday, August 17th 2025 at 7:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Monday, August 18th 2025 at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church (412 S C St, Harlingen, TX 78550).
