Floyd W. Engeling Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Floyd W. Engeling in Harlingen, Texas, who passed away on January 12, 2026, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Engeling and Hattie Henske Engeling; and his son Matthew (Joan White Engeling). He is survived by: his wife Joan; his son Mark Engeling (Kristie); his brother Daniel Engeling (Gayle); his stepdaughters, Jacqui Dempsey (David) and Jeri McDonnel (Jack); and his friends, George, Patty Lopez, Gerald, Mary Haak, Rick and Yvette Ortega. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church, 602 Morgan, Harlingen, Tx 78550.
