She is survived by: her husband Samuel Jimenez; her daughters, Mona Contreras (Ruben), Josie Tamez (Rolando) and Jessie Chavez (Maria); and her grandchildren, Ruben Contreras Jr., Xavier Tamez, Lisa Edmans, Amy Tamez and Melissa Lozano (Gabriel).
