He is survived by: his parents, Ernesto Gutierrez and Ana I. Chavez Gutierrez; his wife Maya Covarrubias; his daughters, Mallory Gutierrez and Katalina Gutierrez; and his siblings, Crystal Gutierrez (Fabian Rodriguez), Ernesto Gutierrez Jr. and Marcos Gutierrez. He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, other relatives, and friends.
