She is survived by: her children, Freddy Guillen (Lidia), Leonard Guillen Jr. (Merri), Luis Guillen and Pearl A. Guillen; her grandchildren, Adrian Guillen (Cynthia), Brenda Guillen, Freddy Guillen Jr. (Jovanna), Martha Guillen, Amanda Guillen (Robert), Leonard Sabastian Guillen, Kash Guillen and Avalee Guillen; and her siblings, Manuel Hernandez, Maria Guillen, Juan Hernandez, Eugenia Rodriguez, Hirma Garcia, Angela Martinez and Minerva Llanos. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, numerous great grandchildren.
