Cortez; his children, Daniel Cortez (Cynthia), Evette Marie Cortez and Evonne Talley (Tracy); his brother Eduardo Cortez of Colorado; his children, Norma Atkinson (Rudy), Nora Elizondo, Noreen Vega (Ed) and Ricardo Elizondo Sr. (Maribel); his grandchildren, Cristian, David, Ricardo Jr. (Ebony), Eduardo III, Miranda, Jessica (Robert Jr.), Jennifer, Traci (Austin) and Izabella; and his great grandchild Florence Jean.
