He was predeceased by: his parents, Lindy Edwards and Barbara Edwards. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Edwards; his daughter Tricia Silva (Mario Silva); his grandchildren, Mario Isaiah Silva and Lauren Silva; and his sister Linda Turnbeaugh.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rudy Garza Funeral Home - Harlingen (1702 E Harrison Ave, Harlingen, TX 78550). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Rudy Garza Chapel of Peace (1702 E Harrison Ave, Harlingen, TX 78550). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at the Ashland Memorial Park Cemetery (21037 Godwin Rd, Harlingen, TX 78550).
