He was predeceased by: his wife Rohde Key; his grandparents, R. E., Mary Key, Judge James Herbert, Esther Moore and Russell Hawkins; and his uncle Tom Pick.
He is survived by: his parents, Dr. John Key and Suzanne Key; his sister Marianne Key; his nephew Caleb Key of Harper; his aunts, Mary Lynn Pick of Plano and Joanne Moore of Seattle, Washington; his uncle Jim; and his cousins, Collin, Patrick, Natalie Moore and Danny Pick of Plano.
