He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Kelly and Frances G. Busker Kelly; and his brothers, Janes Ayers, Jonathan G. Kelly and Jack Kelly.

He is survived by: his children, Andrew Kelly (Paige) of Alice, TX and Aren Kelly of Menard, TX; and his grandchild Rubie Kelly.
