He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Canavan and Audrey Canavan; and his brother Robert Canavan. He is survived by: his children, John Canavan (Tina) of Kingwood, TX, Tim Canavan (Mary) of Fredericksburg, TX and Cathy Brewer (Rodney) of Boynton Beach, FL; and his siblings, Bill Canavan, Gerry Canavan, Tommy Canavan, Audrey O'Neill and Mary Cosgrove. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
