He is survived by: his wife Barbra of Haskell; his children, Carl Dean Swinford of Haskell, Delbert Swinford (Kathy) of Ecru, James Webster Glidewell (Janelle) of Colby and Gwen Jenkins of Pecos, Texas; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Niebles (Chad) of Fort Drum, Julie Junaman of Kansas, Janae Zerr (Jamie) of Hays, Kansas, Cody Swinford (Shelby) and Dusty Swinford (Kelly) of Ripley, Mississippi. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the McNett Funeral Home (705 N Main St, Andrews, TX 79714). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 3:15 PM to 4:15 PM at the same location.
