He was predeceased by : his parents, Maximino Rodriquez and Felicita Rodriquez; and his brothers, Mac Rodriquez, Tony Rodriquez, Jose Rodriquez, Trinidad Rodriquez and Danny Rodriquez.

He is survived by : his wife Frances Rodriquez; his children, Steven Rodriquez (Patty), Johnny Rodriquez (Tatiana), Teresa Rodriquez, Cynthia Brzozowski (Brian) and Lisa Rodriquez (David Lisle); and his grandchildren, Jackie Rosales (Ronie), Alexis Chavez (Jacob), Priscilla Zamora (Humberto), Haley Chavez (Jordan), Maegan Aguilar (David), Baylee Rodriquez (Jeremy), Dakota Silvas (Harley), Dylan Rodriquez, Gavin Brzozowski, Bella Brzozowski, Marissa Rodriquez and Carina Rodriquez.

A rosary was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the St. George Catholic Church (901 N 16th St, Haskell, TX 79521). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
