He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Nugent Felty and Vera Little Felty; and his siblings, Irene "Sis" Bagley, Walter "Fuzzy" Felty and Cecil Felty.
He is survived by: his wife Jonita Wood Felty of Haskell; his children, Alyson Charisse Bennett (Glenn) of Belton, Joseph Delaney Felty of Haskell and Shayla Dawn Clifton (Cason) of College Station; his grandchildren, Hayden Osbourne Bennett (Kaysi), Veda Grace Bennett and Thomas Garrett Felty; and his sister Sandra Dean of Coleman. He is also survived by four grand-dogs; several grand-cats; extended family; and a host of dear friends.
