She is survived by : her husband Billy Middlebrook of Haskell; her son Bryan Middlebrook (Nancy); and her grandchildren, Joshua Middlebrook of McKinney, Hayley Ochoa, Sabboth of Carrollton and Matthew Middlebrook of Carrollton.
