He is survived by : his wife Judy Washburn of Haskell; his children, Chris Washburn of Haskell, Scott Washburn of Abilene, Mark Washburn of Abilene, Jim Washburn of Abilene and Janet Washburn of Abilene; and his sister Peggy Jean Layher of Merkel.
