He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillie Marie Lehnert (Zelisko) and Charles Greenwell. He is survived by: his wife Betsy; his children, Chad Eugene Lehnert (Sheila Zly Lehnert), Cory Don Lehnert (Erin Semmler Lehnert) and Chelsea Dee Dennis (Sloan R. Dennis Jr.); and his grandchildren, Colby Ryan Lehnert, Brady Austin Lehnert, Jack William Lehnert, Sarah Elizabeth Lehnert, Sloan "Tripp" R. Dennis III and Abigail "Abby" Elizabeth Dennis.
A rosary will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Holy Angels Church (2309 S A and M Ave, San Angelo, TX 76904). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Holy Angels Catholic Church (2309 S A and M Ave, San Angelo, TX 76904).
