She was predeceased by: her parents, Dick Welsh and Lill Welsh; and her brother Baby Welsh. She is survived by: her sons, Richard Werline (Ann), Ray Werline (Brenda), Randy Werline and Rusty Werline (Lynna); her grandchildren, Leslie Kaufman (Chris), Allison Pike (Austin), Laura Howard (Jacob), James Werline (Lauren), Jonathan Werline, Joseph Werline and Jake Werline; and her great grandchildren, Case Kaufman, Nolan Kaufman, Addie Kaufman, Parker Pike, Wyatt Werline and Baker Werline.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Flat Creek Cemetery Fund, a place that was very dear to Polly's heart.
