She is survived by: her mother Lisa Herzog; her stepfather Grady Herzog of Fort Worth, TX.; her brothers, Robert Brock (Zulema) of Forth Worth, TX and Anthony Piekarski (Nicholle) of Fort Wayne, IN.; her stepbrothers, Dylan Herzog (Shelbi) of Keller, TX. and Cody Teague (Casey) of Grand Prairie, TX.; and her children, Reid Westbrook and Sadie Averitt. She is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, cousins, and nieces.
