He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Henry Lowe and Constance Margaret "Connie" Dixon; and his in-law Marianne Walton. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Melissa Pena (Leonel) and Grant Lowe (Veronica); his grandchildren, Danny Saenz, Leo Pena Jr., Luke Lowe, Kaleyanne Lowe, Arieanna Pena and Noah T. Pena; his great grandchild Lane Saenz; and his in-laws, James, Debbie Walton, Bruce, Lourdes Walton, Susan and John Schneider. He is also survived by two nephews, 2 nieces, great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard Williams (401 Texas St, Hebbronville, TX 78361). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
