He is survived by: his son Tomas Vasquez of Katy, Texas; his siblings, Manuel Vasquez of Corpus Christi, Texas, Carmen Mendieta of Hebbronville and Sylvia Saenz of Hebbronville; and his granddaughters, Sophia and Marissa Vasquez.
