He was predeceased by : his parents, Omar Holt and Katherine Holt; his wife Patricia; and his brothers-in-law, Greg McGee and Billy Dominy.
He is survived by : his son Billy; his daughter-in-law Anna Holt; his grandchildren, Tim of Baytown, TX and Alena Holt of Baytown, TX; his siblings-in-law, Wayne McGee (Ruby) of Maynardville, TN, Don McGee (Bonnie) of Richmond, TX, BJ Dominy of Port St and Judy McGee of Morristown, TN; his nieces and nephews, Michael McGee, Eric, Wade Nolan, Shawn Jones, Dena McGee and Ashton McGee; and his close friends, Glen, Suzanne Odom and Brandon Atherton.
