She was predeceased by: her parents, Blackie Hart and Nellie Mae Abraham Stansbury; her grandson Chad Phillips; and her siblings, James A. Garrison, David Hart, Larry P. Hart, Ricky Hart, Donnie Garrison and Dorthy Green.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda Phillips Moran and Sandra K. Offutt; and her siblings, Barbara Taylor, Wilma Salazar, Sheila Holloway, Donice Leatherwood and Glenda Peoples. She is also survived by three grandchildren, one great-grandchild, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
