She was predeceased by : her parents, Butler Spangler and Vada Spangler; her brother R. G. Spangler; her daughter Karen Underwood; her grandson Samuel Jason Gregory; and her sisters, Louise Powers, Janell Simmons and Dolly Sue Worsham.
She is survived by : her husband Billy M. Gregory; her children, Stephen M. Gregory (Sharyn) and Cynthia Ann Gregory; her brother Jimmie Ray Spangler (Elaine); her grandchildren, Brandon Eric Gregory, Stephen Joseph Gregory, Sandra Underwood-Miyamoto and Henry Hank Underwood; and her great grandchildren, Nathan, Brandon, Myla and Chloe.
