He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Wayne and Bertha Mae Phillips; and his son Raymond James Phillips, Jr. (Anita Jean Reinhardt). He is survived by: his children, Cindy L. Baker (Keith), James M. "Bubba" Phillips (Karen) and Paul W. Phillips (Vicky); his grandchildren, Kristin Baker, Breanna Phillips Barry (Trevor), Kelton, Kade Phillips, P. J. Phillips (BreAnna) and Presley Phillips; and his great grandchildren, Pasleigh Mae Phillips, Brynn Barry, TJ Barry and Josie Rae Phillips. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
