She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Brock and Cora Brock (Ballard); her husband Herman Pepper; her son Brice Stafford; and her siblings, Donald Brock, Lois Nicklas, Elton Brock, Leonard Brock and Wilma Fay Brock.
She is survived by: her children, Peggy Rogas (Clay) of Tatum, Andy Stafford of Tatum and Jeff Pepper (Rhonda) of Tatum; and her grandchildren, Michelle Dailey, Craig Rogas, Brett Rogas, Bobby Stafford, Vicki Pyers, Casi Shadowens, Rebecca Pepper, Kim Kindred and Joe Pepper. She is also survived by sixteen great- grandchildren, and a host of nephews, nieces, other family, and friends.
