He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack Woolverton and Frances Woolverton. He is survived by: his siblings, Dana Bush (Edith) and Wanda Lum (Glen). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, other family, and friends.
