She is survived by: her sons, David Hornsby (Cindy) of Henderson and Brian Hornsby (Trish Falknor) of League City; her father Leroy Sedgwick of Henderson; her siblings, Cherie Weaver (John) of Henderson, Angela Hardy (Rick) of Pine Hill and Robert Sedgwick (Linda) of Palestine; her grandchildren, Kelton Ashcraft, Autumn Ashcraft, Joshua Hornsby and Makenna Hornsby; and her great grandchildren, Dakota Parker McCoy, Porter Chase McCoy, Prayson River McCoy and Aerolynn Di Ann Smith.
