He is survived by: his children, Ken Woods of Tyler, Texas, Miranda Woods of Frankston and Jalisa Woods of Tyler; his goddaughter Stanecia Dearman of Tyler; and his siblings, Troy Woods of Tyler, Bennie Davis of Grand Prairie, Fred Woods of Frankston, Lonnie Woods of Frankston, Henry Woods of Frankston, Annie Davis (Wilman) of Frankston, Mary Fields (Earl) of Frankston, Betty Joy Woods of Frankston and Ruthie Steward (Calvin) of Frankston. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
