Gordon Reed Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gordon Reed of Henderson, Texas, born in Roff, Oklahoma, who passed away on August 6, 2021 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Reed Sr. and Opal Reed (Scott); and his sister Winona Frazier. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Reed of Henderson; his children, Debra Weiss (Ron) of Ellisville, David Reed (Miriam) of Conroe, Diane Carnes (Craig) of Tyler, Dayna Westbrook (Steve) of Nacogdoches, Cindy Broadway (Rodney) of Henderson and Larry Kee (Ruby) of Henderson; his sister LaJean Bergren of Keller; and his grandchildren, Jill, Bonnie, Jimmy, Kimberly, Casey, Jennilyn, Chet, Troy, Case, Claire, Bryce, Amanda, Cody, Jennifer and Brandon. He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and many, many friends.
