He is survived by: his wife Joy Forth of Henderson; his daughters, April Martin (Steve) of Henderson, Keita Murphey (Michael) of McGregor and Talaine Lyle of Chickasaw, Alabama; his grandchildren, Mandy Tidwell (Taylor), Michael James (Haelyn Straub), Brystol Martin, Cason Cravey, Katie Cravey, Rory Murphey, Parker Murphey and Chloe Dykes; his great grandchildren, Rose Tidwell and Waylon Tidwell; his mother-in-law Netty Hershberger of Longview; his sister-in-law Jo Lee of Longview; and his nephew Jason Hooten (Rachel).
