She is survived by: her husband John Blake of Henderson; her children, Kristal Pettit (Micah) of Laneville and Eric Blake (Kaylee) of Carthage; her sisters, Pat Glen (Ronnie) of Krum and Gail Rimer (Keith) of Hewitt; and her grandchildren, Kendall, Mason, Sophia, Karol and Blakely.
