He was predeceased by: his father Alvis Costlow; and his brothers, Body Shop, Donal, Bob and Gary Costlow.

He is survived by: his wife Sondra Costlow of Irbyville; his children, Matt Bennett (Mallory) of Henderson, Leslie Fontenot (James) of Whitehouse and Ryan Bennett of Henderson; his siblings, James "Pete" Costlow (Sis) of New Salem, David Costlow (Tina) of Henderson, Lisa Costlow of Henderson and Terry Costlow (Charlene) of New Salem; his sugar babies, Addison Graham, Braxton Bennett, Anna Kate Bennett, William Fontenot and Ethan Fontenot; and his pet Champ.
