With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Ray O. Brooks (Henderson, Texas), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, John T. Brooks (Jack) and Lalia Ray Brooks; his grandfather Ray; his former wife Mickey Evans Brooks; his sisters, Tommye Hall, Elvice Barr and Vida Hughes; his son-in-law Johnny Christian; and his friend Jackie McNeill.

He is survived by: his wife Bro. Honey; his uncles, Ray and Buddy; his children, Patty Christian of Henderson and Jack (Betsy Wallace Brooks) of Henderson; his grandchildren, Amanda Brooks Kahrsch (Ramon) of Ludswigsburg, Germany and Craig Christian of Henderson; his great grandchildren, Raimey Christian and Maria Kahrsch; and his great great grandchild Bryanna Brown.
