He is survived by: his children, Chasity Baxter, Casey Baxter and Jachin Webster; his siblings, Margaret Baxter and Allen Baxter; his grandchildren, Tuff Murphey, Panamah Murphey, Klyde Jackson, Taylor Webster, Jachin Webster and Pistol Hill; and his close friend Stacie Lanham. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
