He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe J. Bennett and Annie Lovetta Bennett (Bridges); and his siblings, Wanda Holland, Drucilla Dahlstrom, Sandra Hayden, Barbara Nease, Roscoe Daryll Bennett, Edwin Bennett, Melvin Bennett and Homer Morgan.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Bennett Wilson of Kilgore; his children, Justin Bennett of Oak Hill and Alexandra Bennett of Kilgore; and his sister Latricia Nichols of Longview. He is also survived by two grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
