He is survived by: his wife Brittany Henderson; his daughter Brittny Rettig; and his sister Carolyn Sue King (Louis Henry). He is also survived by many cousins, relatives, and friends.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the West Holly Springs Church (12881 FM 1798 W, Laneville, TX 75667). A burial was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at the Garrett Cemetery (13102 FM 839, Henderson, TX 75654).
