He was predeceased by: his parents, Elroy Artho and Roberta Artho (Irlbeck); and his brother Danny Gene Artho. He is survived by: his wife Doris Artho of Hereford, Texas; his children, Jenny Artho of Hereford, Andrew Artho (Susan) of Hereford and Monica Chavez (Juan) of Friona, Texas; his grandchildren, Joseph Daniel Artho, Rachel Artho (Cayson Wilburn), Alex Artho, Izabella Chavez and Colton Chavez; and his siblings, Raymond Artho (Chris) of Vega, Janice Pope of Carlsbad, Eddie Artho (Virgina) of Wichita Falls, Sandra Walker of Hereford, Patricia Jesko (Dwight) of Hereford, Harold Artho (Karen) of Umbarger, Duane Artho (Valerie) of Hereford and Wanda Jesko (Gerald) of Hereford, Texas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and adopted children.
