She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil McSpadden and Marguerite McSpadden; and her sisters, Amy Gililland, MaryKay McSpadden and Barbara Riley.
She is survived by: her husband H. S. Fuller; her children, Dean Fuller (Kelly) of Phoenix, Arizona and Darla McFarland (Brent) of Canyon, Texas; her grandchildren, Joshua Fuller, Jeremy Fuller, Graham McFarland, Lily McFarland and Carolyn Fuller; her great grandchildren, Ben Fuller, Wyatt Fuller, Blake Fuller and Weston Fuller; her siblings, Debra O'Neil and John McSpadden; and her children, Western St of Amarillo, TX and Boy Scouts of America.
In lieu of flowers the family ask for memorials to be made in Cecelia's name to High Plains Children's Home 11461 S Western St, Amarillo, TX 79118 or to Boy Scouts of America.
