He was predeceased by: his parents, Durward Hamby and Erlene Hamby (Connally); and his brother Terry Lee Hamby. He is survived by: his children, Cody Williams of Tennessee and Jacquelyn Shields (Austin) of Wolfforth, Texas; his siblings, James Hamby (Lily) of Hereford, Lesly Hamby (Kelly) of Hereford and Jan Hamby Hodap (Peter) of Tucson, Arizona; and his grandchildren, Hunter William Shields of Wolfforth, Texas. and Harper Shyann Shields of Wolfforth, Texas.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
